This website is operated by VAN-DON-DENT Kft., trading as Harajda Dent, Várkerület 47., 9400 Sopron, Hungary. These terms apply between the practice and you as a visitor, and they apply whenever you use the site, including when you send an appointment request through it.

If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. The practice can still be reached by telephone and email.

The website has two purposes: to describe the practice and the treatments it provides, and to let you ask the practice to contact you about an appointment. Nothing else is offered or concluded here.

No treatment is sold, booked or paid for on this site. There is no online shop, no payment page and no patient portal.

Sending the form is an invitation for the practice to contact you. It does not create a contract for treatment, and it does not reserve a time.

An appointment exists only once the practice has confirmed it to you, by telephone or in writing. Until you have that confirmation, please do not make travel arrangements or other commitments that depend on a particular date.

The practice aims to answer requests within one business day during opening hours. If a request is urgent, telephone the practice instead of waiting for a callback.

Treatment itself is agreed in person, after an examination, and is subject to a separate agreement between you and the practice.

The descriptions of treatments, conditions and procedures published here are general information. They are written to help you understand what a treatment involves before you come in, and they are not individual medical advice.

Reading this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and nothing here should be relied on as a diagnosis or as a recommendation for your own case. Only an examination at the practice can establish what you need.

Please do not delay seeking care because of something you read here. If you have a dental problem that cannot wait, telephone the practice during opening hours or seek urgent dental care where you are. In a medical emergency, call 112.

Where the site gives an indication of what a treatment costs or how long it takes, that indication is a guide for planning and not an offer. A binding treatment plan and cost estimate are given at the practice, after an examination.

Where the site shows photographs of completed work or quotes patient reviews, they illustrate what has been achieved in individual cases. Dental results depend on the individual, and no particular outcome is promised.

The practice aims to keep the site available and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Pages, treatments described and features of the site may be changed, suspended or withdrawn, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault at a service provider.

The text, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, logo, layout and design of this website are protected by Hungarian and European Union copyright law and belong to the practice or to its licensors.

You may read the site, and print or download individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Copying, republishing, distributing or otherwise making the content available, in whole or in substantial part, requires the practice's prior written permission.

Product names, trade marks and logos of other companies mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

This site links to services operated by others, including Google, social networks and, where enabled, WhatsApp. Those links are provided for convenience.

The practice does not control those services, does not adopt their content as its own, and is not responsible for what they publish or for how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

The site is provided for the ordinary use of visitors and prospective patients. Please do not use it in any of the ways listed below.

The information on this site is published in good faith and kept as accurate as reasonably possible. To the extent permitted by Hungarian law, the practice is not liable for loss arising from the use of this website or from reliance on the general information published here, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or loss of profit.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Hungarian law, in particular liability for damage caused intentionally and liability for harm to human life, bodily integrity or health.

Liability for the treatment the practice provides is not affected by these terms. It is governed by the agreement made at the practice and by Hungarian healthcare law.

Personal data submitted through this website is handled as described in the privacy policy, and the cookies and storage the site uses are listed in the cookie policy. Both form part of the information you should read before using the form.

These terms and any dispute arising from the use of this website are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes are decided by the Hungarian courts having jurisdiction under the Hungarian rules of civil procedure.

If you are a consumer resident in another country of the European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rule of the law of your own country. Information on consumer dispute resolution is set out in the imprint.
