You don't need a form when something hurts. Call, tell us briefly what's wrong, and we'll tell you honestly how soon we can see you. We try to fit acute cases in as early as possible.

A firm appointment is something we can only give you on the phone. The call costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
If we don't pick up
During treatments we can't always reach the phone. Write to us on WhatsApp or send an appointment request, and we'll get back to you as soon as we're free. Outside opening hours, we call back on the next working day.
Until your appointment
- An over-the-counter painkiller from the pharmacy helps bridge the wait. Take it as the leaflet says.
- Cool the cheek from the outside. Heat can make the pain worse.
- Avoid very hot or cold food and hard chewing on the affected side.
