Treatments

What the clinic treats.

From a check-up and a clean to a full-arch reconstruction. Each page explains the procedure, who it suits and what happens at every appointment.

Why the microscope

The difference between what the eye allows and what magnification shows.

A conventional treatment shows the dentist only what the naked eye permits. Under the microscope the same tooth is examined at twenty-five times its size, and the work changes accordingly.

Magnification makes it possible to open canals that are invisible on an X-ray, retrieve an instrument broken during an earlier treatment, spot hairline cracks and early decay before they spread, and correct root canals that failed the first time. It also means removing less healthy tooth: a smaller opening is enough to reach the canal.

The same discipline carries into repair work. A tooth rebuilt at magnification with tooth-coloured filling material follows the anatomy it started with rather than an approximation of it, in one appointment and without grinding the tooth down for a crown.

Digital imaging reviewed with the patient
  • Canals that are invisible to the eye and to X-ray can be located and cleaned.
  • Less healthy tooth structure is removed, because the access opening is smaller.
  • Root canals that failed under conventional treatment can be reopened and corrected.
  • Digital impressions replace putty trays: a scanner builds the 3D model in minutes.

More about the clinic

  • Before & after

    Our own work, photographed.

Cases treated at the clinic, shown as they were before treatment and after it. No stock photography, no composites. Every patient shown gave written consent for their images to be published.

  • The people

    Who treats you here.

The clinic is led by Dr. Harajda Miklós and works to an unhurried standard: settle the anxiety patients arrive with, treat their complaints without pain, and build a relationship that outlasts one course of treatment. You and your family are seen in a calm, friendly setting, by appointment.

Common questions

Before you book.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, but treatments are always booked in advance and there is no walk-in list. Request an appointment online or call us during opening hours, and we will find a time that suits your travel.

What does the free consultation include?

A personal assessment of your teeth at no charge. We examine the problem, explain the treatment options available to you, and give you a cost estimate before anything is scheduled. You are under no obligation to book treatment afterwards.

Do you speak German?

Yes. Consultations and treatment are carried out in German, alongside Hungarian and English, from the first phone call through to the follow-up appointment. You do not need to bring anyone with you to translate.

How far is Sopron from Vienna?

About 70 kilometres. Most patients drive or take the train and are back the same day for shorter appointments. For treatments that need more than one visit, such as indirect veneers or implants, we plan the appointments around your travel when we build the treatment plan.

Are X-rays and 3D scans taken at the clinic?

Yes, both are taken in the building. A panoramic X-ray shows the whole jaw in one flat picture: which teeth are where, how the roots sit, where infection has started. A 3D scan gives a volume instead of a picture, which is what surgery and difficult root canals are planned from. A diagnosis here does not wait on a referral somewhere else.
